A Pop of Color on the Patio

The other night while looking at my patio furniture, I decided it was too bland and needed a pop of color. One trip to the thrift store and a can of green paint later, this is what I came up with. I added colorful paper to the bottom portion, but I'm not as happy with it so I think I will just go back to sleek solid brown. I absolutely loved the clean lines of this piece when I saw it. It reminded me of something I would find at CB2. I guess I'll just call it a CB1 creation! (Candace Brekke)

Next step; to find colorful cushions for the chairs or perhaps a colorful rug.

Choosing patio paint colors begins with an inspiration that brings the elements of the outdoors to a place where the natural can meet the unexpected.Every room needs some anchoring colors that will bring depth and personality to your home design, and a patio is no exception.Primary colors like red, blue, yellow, and green work in a magical way to bring color and depth to a patio space.

Really it is so hard to find good-looking patio furniture. The clover chairs are awesome and these are truly beautiful patio sets. I love seeing what people can create with their mind and seeing it in actual form, it's so inspiring. Thanks for sharing theses beautiful pictures.
