My Own Olio

I have been doing my own type of olioboard for years. Trying to pre-plan my rooms or making suggestions for others. I used to have a little side business I called "Picture It Done" and would offer virtual impressions for people.

Anyway, it comes in handy when relatives and friends ask for help, but we live too far away from each other for me to go shopping with them. While I don't claim to be an interior designer, I enjoy it and it's a fun challenge.

My cousin's living room re-do starts with the red wall that she currently has, so I built around that. She likes the red wall and didn't want to paint over it, but needed a modern upgrade. Also, she had already purchased the dark charcoal rug so we needed to build around that. I haven't taken the time to actually start creating my own olio boards, but I will...there just isn't enough time in the day!

So, here is where you come in. These are a few ideas I threw together. But, which coffee table do you think looks better? (ignore the crappy photoshop work....this was a very quick deal)

Here is my Easter mantlescape. I feel as if it's missing something, but I'm not quite sure what I want included. Any suggestions?

Easter Printable and Decor

Here is my latest design for Easter. Honestly I'm just as guilty getting caught up in eggs, bunnies and candy so this serves as a good reminder what Easter is really about.
